Julie Moyers

Manager

Julie Moyers is a Wisconsin native who moved to Colorado with her husband and two kids in 2014 and quickly adopted the Colorado outdoor lifestyle. She enjoys taking on physical challenges having completed two marathons, the Ragnar trail run in Snowmass and most recently, her 12th Spartan event, the Deka Fit Denver.

 As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Le Cordon Bleu trained Chef, she loves to share her enthusiasm with being active and well-nourished with her clients. She encourages her clients to see healthy eating and exercise as an enjoyable part of their lifestyle and not temporary fixes.

 Julie specializes in whole-food, plant-based nutrition, strength training and HIIT.  In her free time you can find her cooking and eating delicious food, enjoying the outdoors or hitting the weights at the gym.

Austin Livingston

Fitness Specialist

Austin Livingston is a native of Denver, Colorado, and is happy to be back home after enjoying brief stints living all over the country. He became familiar with strength training and the process of physical preparation while playing football in college. That passion for sports performance has led to over 8 years of experience working in the fitness industry. He has worked in a variety of collegiate settings and joins us after most recently serving as a strength and conditioning coach for the Minnesota Vikings.

Resistance training and recreational sports leagues are how he enjoys physical activity today. Austin is recognized as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and as an Olympic Weightlifting Coach by USA Weightlifting. The structure and function of the human body have always fascinated him. He is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and views exercise as a staple of a healthy lifestyle. He encourages his clients to find physical activities that both interest and challenge them.

Austin specializes in strength training, speed and agility training, and metabolic conditioning. Outside of work, you will most likely find him cheering at a ball game or enjoying a concert.
