We organize multiple races, workshops, lunch & learns, specialty classes, and incentive programs throughout the year.

It is our job to make fitness fun in the workplace!

You will need to log into your Fitness Center account and locate the Group Exercise tab on the portal. You will be able to sign up for classes one week ahead of time. All classes are included in your membership!

Staffed Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 6am - 6pm

Friday: 6am - 4pm

Open Hours: Monday - Friday: 5am - 8pm
